How do I get to the tower from Pearson Airport?
Take the UP Express train from Pearson to Union Station (25 minutes, departures every 15 minutes). From Union, follow the enclosed indoor skywalk for about 12 minutes to the tower base plaza. See our Walk from Union page for detailed directions.
Can I visit the glass floor with a wheelchair?
Yes. The main deck and glass floor are both accessible via the main elevators. The glass panels are flush with the surrounding floor and there are no steps or thresholds.
What happens if my visit is cancelled due to weather?
The operator generally issues refunds or reschedules when they cancel due to weather or mechanical issues. Check the specific refund terms on your ticket confirmation. Third-party resellers may have different policies.
Is the revolving restaurant worth it?
If you plan to eat dinner anyway, a restaurant reservation includes main-deck access at no extra charge. The food is competent but not destination dining; the view is the real draw. Book the 17:30 seating for the best sunset angle in summer.
How long should I plan to spend?
Most visitors spend 60 to 90 minutes on the main deck and glass floor. Add 20 minutes for the upper pod, 30 minutes for the harness walk, or 90 minutes for a restaurant dinner. Budget 15 minutes each way for the walk from Union Station.
